The El Presidente hotel is on a secluded beach just a short 30-minute cab-ride (350 pesos) from the Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo airport. If you ask for the flat fee - you should be able to buy this cab ride for 175 pesos.
The hotel is right on the beach.

The beach here is wonderful. And you don't have to struggle with the crowds. This is truly a get-away vacation. Just kick back, listen to the surf and let your cares float away. Ixtapa is more of a "locals" vacation resort and not so many non-natives vacation here. Weekends here are really crowded with locals.

Inshore fishing is great south of Zihuatanejo.
Jesse enjoyed the rocking of the sea and the warm sun! Siesta time! The captain really thought this was funny. Jesse slept while Jnae ate Jalapenos with the Captain!
This is the sunset from the panga coming back from fishing. They watched the sun rise and they watched the sun set. Jnae says "Hasta la proxima Mexico!" See you next time Mexico!
